computer really work! This
is a fantastic accomplishment. The
page turning is easy and the text is
very readable. It is the irst time I
have really been comfortable read-
ing the content without resorting to
the PRINT key. The content is good
and very timely (I just bought one the
Chicago Multi Tools). Issue #1 had a
few bumpy places and I was unsuc-
cessful in using the option to send in
a comment, but issue #2 has cured
most of them. To you and the entire
THISisCarpentry team I say:
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I did not seem to have any issues with
the site. What a great idea. I love the
fact that we can read what we want,
print what we need and not have to
throw the rest away. Good thinking.
Can't wait to see the next issue.

After reading some of the comments
about online reading problems, I want
to tell you that I have not experienced
any problems viewing. I like how the
pages turn and the video within the
articles. Great look and content. I look
forward to it every month and from
what I have seen so far, I am sure it
will only get better. Great job!

I'm sure you know there are carpen-
ters out there that want to learn (and
produce) good, interesting work.
However, the audio/video qual-
ity stinks. Choppy, hard to see video
is frustrating to watch. Is the prob-
lem on my end or yours? Also, when
I click on the videos nothing happens.
No pop-up window appears. I end up
being routed to blip tv.com.
Thank You for being a beacon of
light in the dismal spiraling pit that
our trade inds itself today.

Gentlemen!
I'll address you this way because this
month, for the irst time, I was able to
read the whole issue w/out missing a
page. Downloads and videos worked
like a charm!
I have to give it to Collins for a very
amusing ad about their coping foot.
Loved watching the Collins guy pour
and drink his coffee as the other one
punched away on his saw.

Dear TIC:
I discovered your magazine about 2
weeks ago and was wowed! The depth
(not to mention the photos) of each
article is well beyond any of the other
carpentry mags out there. Too often,
as a reader, I feel short changed be-
cause an author doesn't get into the
details. Jed Dixon's detailed articles
on tangent handrailing are excellent!
