Standards:
Bosch Rexroth Standard; main dimensions such as piston Ø
and piston rod Ø meet the requirements of DIN ISO 3320.
Nominal pressure: 250 bar
Static proof pressure: 375 bar
Higher operating pressures on request.
The specified operating pressures are only valid for applications
with shock-free operation. If extreme loads occur, eg. as happens
in high sequence cycles, the fixing elements and piston rod thread
connections need to be designed for durability (fatigue strength).
Installation: Optional
Pressure fluid / pressure fluid temperature range:
HL, HLP, HFD-R: –20 °C to +80 °C
HFA: +5 °C to +55 °C
Water glycole HFC on request
Viscosity range: 2.8 to 380 mm 2 /s
ISO cleanliness class
Maximum permissible degree of pressure fluid contamination
is to ISO 4406 (c) class 20/18/15.
Stroke velocity: Up to 0.5 m/s (dependent on the connection
ports), higher stroke velocities on request
Bleed screw as standard: Secured against unscrewing
Undercoat: The hydraulic cylinders are, as standard, painted
(colour tone gentian blue RAL 5010) with a max. thickness of
80 µm. Other colour tones on request.
Acceptance: Each cylinder is tested to Bosch Rexroth
standards.
Cylinders whose application data lies outsdie the stated values
can be offered as a special version.
Cylinders with piston Ø > 320 mm are available on request as
an ABS (Applications Based Standardisation) cylinder.
For assembly, commissioning and maintenance of hydraulic
cylinders the operating guidelines RE 07100-B have to be
taken into account!

IHC-Designer: Engineering software
The IHC-Designer (Interactive Hydraulics Cylinder Designer) is
an engineering and selection aid for hydraulic cylinders. With
the aid of the IHC-Designer it is possible for designers of
machines and systems, by the logically guided type code
questionnaire, to quickly and reliable find the optimum
hydraulic cylinder solution. The software enables the design
and engineering tasks to be carried out quicker and
efficiently. After being guided through the product selection,
the user quickly obtains reliable and exact technical data of the
selected components as well as the associated 2D and 3D-
CAD data in the correct file
format for all current CAD systems.
Yo u, as a user thereby reduce your costs and therefore
increase your competitiveness.
