Make an Iris Folded Balloon:

The little tab you see can be pulled out as shown in the second photo. The insert contains a congratulations message. Lisa, from Oklahoma in the US, made this card for a friend using the balloon pattern along with 2 patterns, the sun and cloud, from the 'Memories of Summer' iris folding challenge available on this site.The finished card size is 5-1/2” X 8-1/2” (full sheet of cardstock turned into a half-fold card). She printed, scanned, and reduced the cloud, sun, and balloon patterns. For the iris folding she used regular, foil, iridescent, and washi origami papers.
