Apply the Kinesio Tex with the four
tails to the dorsal surface of the wrist.
The tails will be applied to the fingers.
Peel the Kinesio Tex from the paper
liner and place the tape temporarily
on the skin. Do not activate the glue
by rubbing.
Flex the wrist and fingers to increse
tissue tension.
Apply the first tail to the middle
phalanx of the 2nd finger.
With the wrist and fingers flexed,
apply the other three tails to the 3rd,
4th, and 5th fingers.
With the wrist and fingers in flexion,
peel the distal 1/3 of the “I” portion of
the Kinesio Tex and apply over the
dorsum of the hand to just proximal to
the wrist joint.

Stabilize the wrist and move into
flexion to increase tissue tension as
the proximal end of the tape is applied
to the lateral epicondyle of the
humerus.
