It's simple. Just link Eberron_Map-1 with ...-2, ...-3 and ...-4. Then link Eberron_Map-5, ...-6, ...-7 and ...- 8. Finally link these large parts together. Pieces 1-4 are the upper part, and the 5-8 pieces are the lower part.
