Joy A.Palmer is Professor of Education and Pro-Vice-Chancellor at the
University of Durham. She is Director of the Centre for Research on
Environmental Thinking and Awareness at the University of Durham, Vice-
President of the National Association for Environmental Education, and
a member of the IUCN Commission on Education and Communication.
She is the author and editor of numerous books and articles on
environmental issues and environmental education.
