Any Tom, DICK or Harry can pick up a camera these days and start shooting their own porn. From HD cameras to webcam,
fi lming fi lth has never been more accessible and cheaper to ‘knock out’ shall we say. But here in lies the difference between
well produced porn and cheap amateur crap: not that cheap crap won’t sell – there is a market for the shoddy gonzo fi lms
with grubby boys fi lmed on a shoestring in cheap motel rooms. But if you want to make an impression, cut it in the ranks of
the big studios and attract the best talent, then you’ll need to start learning a craft that you wont fi nd on the curriculum at the
local further education centre.
