What You Can Expect
Kundalini is a psycho-physiological mechanism in the body. As it awakens, it moves through your chakra
system, untying energetic knots, purging memories, emotions and inner blocks to experiencing your
higher nature. People report a wide array of experiences. Tingling vibrations and even jolts of energy are
common. Vivid imagery and the appearance of bright inner light are also to be expected. As you practice
this meditation regularly you will gain greater energy, creativity, inspiration and sense of connection to
Spirit. Your attracting force - the field of energy you radiate, will grow brighter and more magnetic. In
time you’ll discover that as the great Goddess, Kundalini flows through you, she will attend to all your
worldly needs and desires.

Awakening Kundalini provides 30 minutes of soothing music combined with a unique combination of
brainwave frequencies scientists refer to as window frequencies . These are extremely precise frequencies

ily work into your schedule. Early morning is an excellent choice, because you will enjoy the benefits
throughout the day. Your biorhythms and nervous system will naturally adjust to it as a habit, making it
easier for you to go into meditation at a set time, like eating, waking and sleeping. Experiment at first to
find a time that works well for your natural rhythms. Drink a tall glass of water to hydrate before you begin.
