Managing your time effectively

(0) What is time management?

There are only 24 hours in the day and yet there is so much to do. How can you fit it all in? The answer is to organise your time so that you can do what you need to and still have a bit of time for yourself at the end.

The first step is to look at what you do at the moment. Are you making the most of your time? A good way to do this is to make a list of all the things you do, or think you have to do. How much time do you spend on each one? Is it enough or too much? People are often surprised when they actually see how much time they spend on certain things.
