T asks Ss to describe two future vehicles and asks how would they help the environment. T also asks what kind of inventions are less harmful to environment.
To introduce the subject and arise the Ss’ interest in the subject.

T asks Ss to do ex 2 p.70 and match collocations considering the environment. T checks the exercise altogether with whole class and do the choral drills.
To introduce more vocabulary considering environmental issues in order prepare Ss to read the text about environment. To practise pronunciation of new collocations.

The vocabulary can by too difficult for the Ss. T has to make sure that while checking everything is explained properly
T introduces some vocabulary from the reading passage on page 70 and then T asks Ss to read the text and to put the questions from ex 4 into gaps in the text.

Some words can be difficult to find as the crossword is not easy. T should explain exactly how the crossword works and give some hints to the words.
T writes down 2 sentences with the use of “going to” and “will” structures. Then T elicits from the Ss the differences between the use of “ will” and “going to” and give some more information about the structures.
To revise the use of future tenses.

Ss may know how to use given future tenses but not all the situations they can be used in. The T should give some more examples of the use of the future tenses.
T gives Ss handouts with 8 sentences. They are supposed to decide if they should use “will” or “going to”. The T asks some Ss to give their answers.

Ss can still be confused what structure they should use. The T should explain some of the example if the cause problems to Ss.
Production
T asks Ss talk in pairs about what would they do to make the world less harmful for the environment and what inventions should be used. Than T has a conversation with Ss what ideas they have.
